How to order?

Choose the product you like, read the description and dimensions carefully, add to cart, and proceed to checkout.

 

When is your shipping schedule?

We only ship every TUESDAY & FRIDAY.

FOR PAID ORDERS, please don’t forget to send us the screenshot or photo of your deposit or bank transfer through e-mail houseoflittlebunnyph@gmail.com.

Payment cut-off for Tuesday shipment: MONDAY, 10:00 AM

Payment cut-off for Friday shipment: THURSDAY, 10:00 AM

Payments made after 10:00 AM of Monday or Thursday will be included on the next shipping schedule. 

 

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept payments via PaypalVisa, Mastercard, GCash (via PayMongo), and BDO (Bank and Mobile Transfer).

We do not accept COD (Cash On Delivery) at the moment.

Note: To secure your reservation, we highly advise you to deposit/transfer your payment immediately, and send us a screenshot or a photo of your deposit/transfer, together with your name and order number via e-mail.

 

How many items can I purchase in one transaction?

Right now, we have a limit of 5 items per check out. This is to manage delivery/shipping costs.

 

Can I make changes to my order after it’s been placed?

Orders are processed instantly upon checkout. For immediate concerns, please contact us (name, contact number, e-mail, and order number) via e-mail right away. Please note that this is still subject to availability. 

 

What courier company do you use?

We use LBC for Metro Manila and provincial addresses. In some instances, we use Lalamove for Metro Manila and nearby places. We currently do not ship internationally, but please reach out to us via Instagram or Facebook and we’ll do our best to help you.

 

Do you give discount for bulk order?

We do not offer special discounts on bulk orders, all prices are fixed unless there is an ongoing promotion.

 

Can I change my shipping address?

We may be able to adjust the address on your order within a short window. Please review the information thoroughly during checkout and on your confirmation e-mail. If you encounter an error, please reach out to us via e-mail, mobile number, Instagram or Facebook.

 

What if I received the wrong item in my shipment?

If you receive an incorrect item in your shipment, please reach out to us via e-mail, mobile number, Instagram or Facebook as soon as possible.
